My Account is Suspended!!! Print

If your account was suspended andyou are unable to access your website, it is most likely due to one of the following reason:

 

• Your account payment is overdue.
• Your hosting material have violated the Exabytes Network TOS/AUP.
• Your account have exceeded your allocated bandwidth usage for the month.

 

Please check from your primary email account if Exabytes did drop any email to your mailbox regarding the suspension or contact us through Exabyes Helpdesk System.
