Notes: This article only apply for customer who subscribed our Premium Business Email Hosting named EBiz Platinum (EP).
ÂÂ
- Open your Mozilla Thunderbird 7.x.
- Enter the Name, Email Address and Password, then press Continue button.
- Mozilla Thunderbird will ask for the Authentication login request. Cancel it and click on Manual Config.
- Assume that the domain.com is your registered domain name such as abc.com or yourname.com.
- Change the Incoming Email type from IMAP to POP3.
- Request the Server hostname from our support through Helpdesk ticket.
- Change the Port, SSL and Authentication type as image above.
- Change the username to your email address such as user@domain.com.
- Click on the Create Account button and you have done.
